Charity Anthology - Author
This agreement between ("author") and WolfSinger Publications is for purchase of anthology rights covering the Work
known as xxx. The author warrants that s/he has legal authority to grant the rights explained below.
WolfSinger Publications intends to publish the work in XXX.
The author understands that eighty-five percent (85%) of net revenues received from sales of XXX will be donated to
XXX charity as designated in the call for submissions.
All rights not specifically mentioned in this contract are reserved to the author.
This contract shall remain in effect for 5 years from the date of first publication of the Anthology. Author is free to seek
reprint publication of the work six (6) months after publication of the Anthology. If the work is a reprint, WolfSinger
Publications acknowledges that no exclusivity exists in regard to the work.

After the expiration of this contract WolfSinger Publication shall have first option to conclude an agreement with the
Author for continued publications rights to the Work on terms to be mutually agreed upon. Should no such agreement be
concluded within sixty (60) days of the expiration of this contract, all rights to the Work automatically revert to the Author.
Payments to the charity will be made twice a year based on earnings received 1 January - 30 June and 1 July - 31
December. Statements and payments will be issued within ninety (90) days of the close of the statement period.
Author copies: Each contributor will receive one complimentary ebook copy of the Anthology as well as the ability to
purchase additional copies through Createspace.com at a fifty percent (50%) discounted price. Link and discount code will
be provided to authors by the editor once the Anthology is finalized and ready for purchase. Copies purchased at the
author discount rate will not count toward earnings for the charity.
As the Publisher participates in Operation eBook Drop – this anthology will be included in the ebooks made available to
military members for free through Smashwords.com. The Publisher will provide military members signed up with
Operation eBook Drop with a code to obtain an electronic copy of the Anthology free through Smashwords.com at the
end of the calendar year in which it is published.
